How to Split a PDF
- Upload your PDF document by dragging and dropping it into the designated area or clicking the “Choose PDF File” button.
- Select a splitting method from the dropdown menu. You can choose to extract specific page ranges, separate every page, or split the document into chunks.
- If you selected “Extract page range(s)”, enter your desired page numbers (e.g., 1-3, 5, 8-10). Note: Using commas (e.g., “1-3, 4-6”) will create separate PDF files for each range.
- If you selected “Split every N pages”, enter the number of pages you want in each output file.
- Click the Split PDF button and wait for the processing to finish.
- Preview, download individual results, or use the Download All as ZIP button to save all files at once.
Available Splitting Methods
Page Ranges: Extract selected pages such as 1-3, 5, and 8-10. These selections become one PDF in the order entered.
Every Page Separately: Create one PDF file for each page in the original document. This is useful when each page needs to be shared independently.
Split Every N Pages: Divide a large document into smaller consecutive groups. For example, a 23-page document split every 5 pages produces four 5-page files and one 3-page file.
